Erica and Freddy Vandiver, Children’s Worship Leaders

Freddy and Erica have been involved with GraceWorks Church from the beginning. They have been serving as the Children's Worship Leaders since January of 2007. They have two children, Keeton and Carter, who are both involved in GraceKids. Erica has a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and has taught elementary school since 1995. Freddy has been a Real Estate Appraiser since 1994 and has been the owner/operator of Vandiver Appraisals since 2003. They are thrilled to play such an integral role in the lives of GraceKids and look forward to time with them each Sunday. Freddy and Erica feel blessed to be a part of such a special church family and to have Dr. Newman as their pastor. Both Freddy and Erica agree that Dr. Newman and the congregation are extremely special and have made a huge difference in their lives.

Melissa Card

Most of you probably already know Melissa Card.  Melissa will serve as the point for the nursery classes, so that we can apply her expertise to these classes.  Melissa’s full-time career is in the childcare industry and has run many nurseries and even a summer camp program.  In addition to running point, Melissa continues to help on Wednesday evenings and will be one of the two nursery angels keeping our Cozy Caterpillars each Sunday. Melissa is a member of our church, and has one daughter, Tinley.

Jessica Myers

Our Wiggle Worms are thrilled to welcome their angels, Jessica Myers and Megan Cobb.  Many of our Wiggle Worms families already know Jessica, as she’s been a steady volunteer and has recently joined our church.  Jessica graduated from Chattanooga Christian (with some of our other church members) and is currently enrolled in the University of Phoenix, majoring in accounting.  Through the week she works for JAK Foods, which is the franchise office for the local KFC and Long John Silvers restaurants.  She also works as event staff for the Hunter Art Museum.

Megan Cobb

Megan is a friend and co-worker of Melissa’s.  She is a mother of two children and has worked in childcare for over five years.  Megan is currently pursuing her teaching degree and will soon complete her Associate’s Degree in Early Education.  She loves kids and loves watching them grow.  Megan will assist Jessica in the Wiggle Worms nursery.
